From quarry to site

    Quarry & Block Supply

    Block selection from quarries in Italy, Spain, Brazil, Iran and Türkiye. Every block is assessed on site for vein direction and colour continuity before it is cut.

  • 02

    Slab Cutting & Processing

    Gang-saw and ST cutting, 2 cm and 3 cm slab production; cut-to-size, waterjet, CNC profiling and bespoke detailing.

  • 03

    Surface Finishes

    Polished, honed, brushed, antiqued, sandblasted and leathered surfaces. Calibration suited to backlighting for onyx.

  • 04

    Bookmatch & Project Planning

    Bookmatch, quadmatch and continuous vein layouts. Delivered with slab numbering and an installation plan for the site.

  • 05

    Quality Control

    Colour, thickness tolerance and surface defect checks. A photographed slab record and sample approval for every shipment.

  • 06

    Logistics & Export

    A-frame and bundle loading, container shipping and export documentation. Delivery experience across five continents.
